3R refers to three terms commonly used when talking about waste: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.

Reduce: Changes in lifestyle, consumption patterns and improvements in production processes… will reduce the amount of waste generated into the environment.  The largest amount of product generated, the most efficient use of resources, but the least amount of waste generated is the necessary optimization.

Reuse: make the most of the product's lifespan and use it to serve different purposes for maximum savings.

Recycle: by being creative, using waste and waste materials to make other useful products.

3R helps to minimize the amount of waste released into the environment, reducing pollution and facilities to treat that waste.  Recycled items provide a great source of revenue for businesses as well as a savings for consumers themselves.  Therefore, the national economy is also more supported.

3R is a human intellectual product to raise awareness of the whole community.  It has great spiritual power, helps to change people's usage patterns, awareness of environmental protection. The implementation of 3r measures, helps to create jobs, increase incomes, reduce social costs.  waste management, healthcare, etc.)
